Amy J. Davis
As Pillar’s business manager, Amy helps us improve our effectiveness and client experience. Prior to joining Pillar in 2011, she held positions with two other leading investment advisory firms as well as a management training and consulting firm. She is thrilled to be part of the Pillar family and is passionate about helping others. Amy is Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6, FINRA 7, FINRA 26, North American Securities Administrator Association (NASAA) 63 and NASAA 65 licensed. A native of Verona, Wisconsin, Amy earned a BA degree in Speech & Communication Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota.Together with her husband, Jerry, they delight in creating memories with their four children and extended families. While Amy loves the great Wisconsin outdoors, it’s no secret that when retirement comes around, she’d like to winter in shall we say, “warmer parts.” Her dream is to be a stay-at-home mom, but until then she and Jerry tag-team balancing professional careers and the rewards of parenting, while never forgetting to keep their sense of humor.

Brian J. Cleven
Brian J. Cleven is co-owner and CEO of Pillar Wealth Management Co.. Brian has extensive consulting, senior management, capital market and investment advisory industry experience gained over the past 25 years. Brian’s areas of expertise include financial planning, investing, diversification/asset allocation, risk management, investment policy statement (IPS) design and client education. He is FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative and NASAA Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Exam licensed.Brian attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Brian later attended the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Brian and his wife Becky live in Sun Prairie and together they have two adult children. Brian enjoys outdoor activities throughout Wisconsin and has been involved with many charitable and community service organizations.

David Oldenburg
Dave has over nine years of experience in investing; retirement, estate, risk management, Medicaid and special needs planning; and long-term care planning for veterans and their spouses. He has a B.B.A. degree from Marian University and holds a Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation. Dave received his Special Needs Planning Certification in October of 2008 through the Special Needs Planning Task Force, Ehrenberg Financial, Inc. He also provides planning and educational seminars to families with children living with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Dave’s passion and inspiration for helping others comes from his son Nathan, a special needs child and is why Dave has dedicated his practice to helping his clients provide for and protect those people most important to them. Dave is a Veteran Affairs (VA) Benefit Advocate, a VA Benefits Specialist and an expert on Aid & Attendance as well as other government programs, including Medicaid. He enjoys providing education and assistance to families dealing with the costs of special needs family members including long-term care needs. These include the VA Pension, asset preservation, estate and retirement planning, along with Medicaid planning.
Dave is active in Kiwanis and coordinated the chartering of The Aktion Club, a service group, at Brooke Industries for developmentally delayed adults. He has been involved on various boards in Fond du Lac and the surrounding areas focusing on youth and charity activities and he has officiated high school athletics as an avocation for over 30 years. Dave has been married to Diane for 36 years and resides in Fond du Lac along with his son Nathan.

Skip Lee
Skip has been helping his clients achieve their financial goals since 1994. He has earned many industry awards and recognition from the companies he works with as one of the premier advisors in the financial services industry. He believes in putting his clients’ financial needs first and providing the highest quality customer service.He attended UW-Platteville, majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. For over 17 years, Skip has used his knowledge to help clients become more financially secure and protect their estates. Skip is also a Certified Estate Planning Professional, which required multiple hours of study to prove his knowledge of personal finance and estate planning.
Skip is married to his wife, Brenda, who manages the family’s self-storage business, and they live in rural southwestern Wisconsin. Together they have 2 young, energetic children who are involved in a variety of team sports. When Skip’s not helping his clients, he and his family love to fish the local lakes.

William J. Meland
William J. Meland founded Pillar Wealth Management Co., an independent fee based management firm, in 2001. Bill has over 20 years of experience in investment management focusing on asset allocation as well as estate planning, asset preservation, and risk management. Bill is passionate about helping people make financial decisions that are congruent with their principles, values and dreams and enjoys the long-term relationships he has with his clients.Bill attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and Madison Area Technical College and received an Associate Degree in Finance. Since completing his education, Bill has been continually involved in the insurance and securities fields. He has successfully passed several securities-industry examinations including the FINRA Series 6 Investment Company/Variable Products contracts Limited Representative Exam, Series 7 General Securities Representative Exam, NASAA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam and the Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Exam. Bill is also licensed as an insurance agent in Wisconsin for life and health insurance and is a member of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
Bill and his wife, Doreen, live outside Verona with their three children and their dog. Bill is very involved in his church and enjoys coaching his children in various sports, playing basketball, golfing and other outdoor activities, spending time with his family and traveling.
